At 9am we will take you to PORT LOUIS, at the MARKET next to China Town.

From there on, you will be able to go to the CAUDAN WATERFRONT.

It is a huge commercial centre where you will be able to do some shopping.

Then, you will come back to the minibus at a previously fixed place & time.

Then my driver will take you to THE PORT LOUIS CITADELLE where you’ll have a bird eye view of the city & the harbour. To get there, you will pass by the Champ de Mars, (Horse Racing Place) and a few old streets of Port Louis where there are still typical creol houses made of wood and tin. Especially in the St Georges Street. It is return to the old days.

It will then be time for some nice food, I suggest to take a rest at Tante Athalie’s Restaurant, kind of antic cars museum, all gathered in a big field around the restaurant where you will enjoy some nice and typical mauritian curries in the middle of huge sugar cane fields.

After that it will be time for the greenest sceneries at the Pamplemousses Garden, this famous botanical garden well known around the world. The beautiful giant water lilies, the tree that blossoms every 100 year, the tree that bleeds … The guide is included, he will show you all these treasures.

This North discovery will end by taking you back to your hotel through the royal or coastal road … around 4pm.
